How can I pay for my treatment?
​
You can pay in full at the end of the treatment by cash or by credit card. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercards).

What happens if I cancel my treatment?
​
We understand that schedules can change and be unpredictable so we will refund any cancelled appointment with more than 24-hour notice. Please see our cancellation policy for more detail on this for larger bookings.

What is included in the cost of a treatment?
​
Your therapist will treat you for the duration you have booked, with a full body treatment (unless requested otherwise). They will be driven to your home with a heated table, Weleda oils, luxury cotton sheets, towels and music.

Should I tip my therapist?
​
Tips are not included in the price of the treatment. There is absolutely no obligation to tip, but if you enjoyed the service and treatment then we are certain your therapist will appreciate the extra thank you.
